SPS is seeking a Senior Team Leader working in Can Tho Branch as the below:

Role: Senior Team Leader
Working time: Full – time
Language: Good command in English.
Working location: Trung tam Dich Vu Viec Lam Can Tho, 41 Cach Mang Thang 8, Ninh Kieu, Can Tho

* Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for quality, TAT, working conditions, employee engagement in line with company regulations, processes and procedures
- Keep strong control and make sure all targets in term of Headcount, Free time and Overtime are achievable
- Enable effective communications between project management team and operators
- Motivate, inspire and encourage all staff to have overall improvement in employee engagement and satisfaction
- Pay good attention to turnover rate to have necessary actions on time
- Solve any problems related to employees
- Ensure daily operation run smoothly to meet predefined SLAs and targets
- Support Team Leaders when necessary
- Contribute to the continuous improvement cycle which will enhance productivity, efficiency and utilization rate of Production as a whole
- Support Site Manager to manage cost efficiency
- Create clean, well-ordered working environment which have room for open communication and creative thinking to grow
- Responsible for Common Login report, HR related issues.
- Train and coach staff to have good succession planning
- Make sure other tasks as assigned by Site Manager are completed in good quality and delivered as committed
- Deliver work-life balance spirit to staff
- Maintain high level of timekeeping
- Escalate to higher management for anything beyond authority

* Requirements
1. Education:
- College / University degree

2. Technical skills and experience:
- At least 1 year of working experience as related position
- Understanding of company business
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

3. Soft – skills:
- Problem solving
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills
