1.Responsibilities:
- Make sure all staffs complying with the company rules
- Control speed/quality/working time of staffs to follow – up all
project’s target
- Ensure daily operation run smoothly to meet predefined SLAs and
targets
- Cooperate well with Project management team to achieve shared project
goals
- Give necessary training to staff to maintain and improve performance
- Brainstorm to give out preventive actions for the error and publish
these actions to project management team
- Learn and understand capturing rules of all projects that the team is
working on to be able to support staff in daily operation
- Make sure other tasks as assigned by Shift Manager/Operation Manager
and higher management level are completed in good quality and delivered
as committed
2. Requirements
***Education:
- College degree/ University or equivalent degree
***Technical skills and experience:
- At least 1 year of working experience as related position
- Understanding of company business
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
