1. FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING MANAGER
MAIN JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Ensure all of finance and accounting transactions comply with VAS
- Update new circulars/ decrees/ regulations of the government
- Supervise/ remind and encourage team fulfill tasks on time
- Checking all transactions in department & monitoring cash flow of the
Company
- SOV (Standard of Variance)/Monthly P&L report and analysis to
management team
- Stock aging and inventory report
- Ensure all of the activities in the Company comply with the
regulations and policy of the Company
- Highlight and raise up the problem which beyond limit to management
team
- Ensure all of the reports come out on time (In the Company and
government organizations)
- Exchange as well as solve all of the problems which related to banks/
Customs/ Tax/ Other organizations
- Monthly review result of the Company with management team and remind
to control
- Set up new account code for the Company and train staff to comply with
scope of work
- Set up new management methods for departments or Company
- Connect or solve the problem among team and departments
- Appraise/ consider and promote team year end
- Training/ encourage to develop and improve team up
- Be responsible in advising and maintaining the effective system of
Financial accounting department.
- To perform other duties as may be assigned by Vice President/Superior
– Combine with general ledger.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduation, major in finance/ accounting/ tax. Qualified
CPA, ACCA, CFA holder (not mandatory, but preferred).
- Above 10 years of Financial Accounting experiences and above 05 years
of managerial level in Financial Accounting field.
- Good knowledge on current regulations about tax, accounting.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Good at 04 skills in English
- Good networking skills and service orientation
- Innovative, adaptable and flexible.

2. ENGINEERING SECTION MANAGER
MAIN JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Supervise and ensure the maintenance of machinery and facilities
equipment in perfect daily operation for maximum output of production.
- Establish and enforce of proper daily maintenance and periodically
preventive maintenance system
- Ensure of proper preventive maintenance is done to all facilities
equipment
- To achieve works from complex data requiring, interpretation and
application of mechanical, hydra mechanical, electrical, mechanical,
pneumatic, theory and principles
- Design operational mechanical, hydra mechanical, electrical,
mechanical, pneumatic system and equipment to ensure conformance with
products specification
- Performs major system checkup, conclude of result and recommending of
improvement
- Ensure of all facilities supply: power, air, water, freezer, boiler, …
are perfect operated and supplied
- Supervise and assign of duties to technicians and to provide career
and skills development through the effective training program
- To develop full knowledge of all processes and machine specification,
calibration procedure and preventive maintenance system
- Control and supervise all technicians to perform in consistent and
professional manners
- Introduce of cost control concept to all sub-ordinates and control the
lowest cost as possible, ex; utilization of spare parts, material to
keep minimum waste
- Prepare and control all expenditure according to engineering and
maintenance budget
- Maintain and supervise for a good housekeeping all goods for
discipline. Ensure safety rules are complied.
- Enforce company policies in all areas, employee’s welfare and
discipline
- Build up goods moral and maintain good attitude toward company
- To perform other duties as may be assigned by Manager/Vice
President/Superior
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduation, major in Mechanical engineering
- Above 5 years of experiences and above 05 years of managerial levels.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Good at English
- Good skill in leadership and teamwork.
